The Story of the Fragrance

Not every musk is quiet… Hersh Musk starts fresh and then reveals a bolder side.

Hersh Musk by Al Ezz Oud offers a different take on musky perfumes; instead of relying on soft white musk alone, the fragrance builds its character from a clear contrast between citrus and lavender, caramel, saffron and leather, then woods, musk and patchouli.

The opening is bright and fresh, the heart warmer and bolder, while the base comes woody and musky to bring all these contrasts together in a modern unisex scent.

Fragrance Pyramid

Opening:
Bergamot – Grapefruit – Lavender

An aromatic citrus opening that combines the vitality of bergamot and grapefruit with the herbal calm of lavender.

Heart:
Caramel – Saffron – Leather

Here the most important shift in the fragrance happens; the sweetness of caramel meets the spicy character of saffron and the strength of leather, revealing a warmer, richer character.

Base:
Cedarwood – Oakmoss – Musk – Patchouli

A musky woody base with an earthy depth, where musk gives the scent softness while cedar, patchouli and moss add a more stable, serious structure.

Fragrance Family

Musky × Woody × Aromatic × Leathery

The name may suggest a soft, simple musk, but the composition says something different; leather, saffron, caramel and patchouli are influential elements in the fragrance's character, not just a backdrop for the musk.

What Does Hersh Musk Smell Like?

The scent starts clean and fresh thanks to bergamot, grapefruit and lavender.

Then it gradually turns into a warmer heart, where caramel adds a soft sweetness while saffron and leather give the scent a more luxurious, bolder character.

As it settles, the musk emerges among the woods, patchouli and moss, turning the scent into a warm and clean musky woody trail at the same time.

The result: an unconventional musk; fresh at the start, sweet and leathery in the heart, and musky woody once settled.

The Fragrance's Character

Clean × Musky × Warm × Leathery × Woody × Modern

This contrast makes it suitable for anyone who loves the scent of musk but wants it with a stronger, more complex character than conventional white musk perfumes.

When to Wear It?

Its balanced composition makes it flexible for use at work, outings, gatherings and occasions, while the leathery heart and woody base also give the fragrance a presence suited to the evening.
