Order Confirmation for Cash Payments:
If you choose Cash on Delivery, you will be required to confirm the order by paying a symbolic amount ranging from 200 to 1000 EGP — depending on the delivery location and order value.
This amount is intended to ensure the seriousness of the order and expedite the delivery process, and it will be fully deducted from the total order value upon receipt.
In case of non-receipt of the order, shipping and return fees will be considered pre-paid from this amount.

Available Payment Methods:

  • Electronic payment via credit cards or digital wallets.

  • Payment via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay for easy order confirmation.

  • Cash on delivery after pre-order confirmation.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled before shipment. After shipment, cancellation is subject to the return and exchange policy.


5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy: All shipping operations are subject to the delivery policy outlined on the website.
Delivery Time: We always try to deliver your orders as quickly as possible through reliable shipping companies, and delivery times are considered estimates.
Shipping Costs: Automatically calculated based on destination, weight, and chosen service type.

Delivery Failure Policy

At SMSM World, we are committed to delivering all orders on time and with the highest level of service.
However, sometimes deliveries may not be completed due to the customer's absence, an incorrect address, or unresponsiveness to the shipping company's calls.
Therefore, we clarify the following:

  1. First Delivery Attempt:
    The shipping company will attempt to deliver the order to the registered address, and the customer will be contacted by phone or message to confirm the appointment.

  2. Rescheduling:
    If delivery fails on the first attempt, rescheduling for one free delivery attempt will be made within two business days.

  3. Second Attempt:
    If delivery fails on the second attempt as well, additional re-shipping fees will be charged, varying by governorate or country, and added to the final invoice upon re-dispatch.

  4. Repeated Delivery Failure:
    If delivery fails after two consecutive attempts, the order will be automatically canceled,
    with shipping and return costs deducted from the refunded amount or from the advance payment made to confirm the order.

  5. Address Correction:
    If an inaccurate or incomplete address is provided, the customer is responsible for any fees resulting from modification or re-dispatch.

  6. Unresponsiveness or Refusal to Receive:
    If the customer refuses to receive the order without a clear reason or does not respond to the shipping company's calls,
    this is considered a cancellation by the customer and is subject to the same terms of delivery failure and related deductions.

6. Policy on Opening Shipments Before Receipt

At SMSM World, we are committed to maintaining product integrity and preventing any tampering or misuse that may occur before the receipt process is complete.
Accordingly, we clarify the following:

  • It is strictly prohibited to open, inspect, or test the product before completing the receipt process with the shipping representative.

  • All shipments are delivered sealed according to the secure packaging standards approved by the store.

If the customer requests to open the shipment before receipt, or attempts to test the product while the shipping representative is present:

  1. The order will be canceled immediately without any exceptions.

  2. The customer is not entitled to a refund of the deposit amount (order confirmation deposit) in this case.

  3. If the customer wishes to re-ship the order, a new full deposit must be paid, and reliance on the previous deposit will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  4. A request to open the shipment before receipt is considered a breach of receipt terms and is treated as a cancellation by the customer.


7. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: Returns are subject to the return policy published on the website.
Return Conditions: Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, with original packaging and tags.
Exceptions: Some products cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons, such as:
perfumes, cosmetics, underwear, earrings, and food items.


8. Pricing Accuracy and Errors

However, unintentional errors in pricing or description may sometimes occur due to technical or administrative glitches.

    SMSM World reserves the right to cancel the order before shipment with a full refund of the amount paid to the customer.

  3. If the price is adjusted after the order is completed, the new price will not apply to previously confirmed orders.

9. Reference Images Clause:

10. Pre-shipment Communication Clause:

If the customer has any special request (gift wrapping, sending at a specific time, etc.),
the store must be informed before shipment is completed.
After the order leaves the warehouse, logistical details cannot be modified without additional charges.

If the emergency continues for a period exceeding 30 consecutive days, either party has the right to cancel the order or agreement without any additional liability,
with a refund of any amounts paid for products that have not yet been delivered.

16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

  3. In case the product is out of stock after order confirmation, we will:

    • Either replace the product with another of equal value (with customer consent), or

    • Refund the full amount within 7 business days.
